Mark Wyatt  - CEO

Mark is one of Europe's most experienced legal information publishers. Prior to launching ProcureLaw™, Mark was the publisher of The Lawyer for many years where he launched the first awards for lawyers ? The Lawyer Awards. He also launched thelawyer.com and one of the first legal jobs search engines. He was responsible for the launch of senior in-house lawyer networking event ? The Lawyer summit.

In 1997 Mark founded multi-award winning Legal Week (business magazine of the year 2001/2) and legalweek.com as well as the first awards purely for in-house lawyers and The Legal Week awards. He has a strong record in providing value added information for in house lawyers including launching the publications Legal Benchmarker and Legal Director as well as GPM research which examined client care and attitudes.

Mark also launched the Legal IT Forum - Gleneagles and legal IT magazine as well as The Corporate Counsel Forum, legal IT awards, Private client Forum, (EIBTM event of the year) and many other forums. Mark launched the first legal fees forum, Who's Who In-house and formerly ran Lawtel now part of Thompson Reuters. He was a director of Centaur, a large now publically quoted publisher , was CEO of Global Professional Media and launched the award winning takelegaladvice.com - the first on-line legal service in the UK offering consumers and businesses a transparent way of selecting law firms.

Mark is publisher of European Lawyer magazine and European Lawyer reference series. He has won the PPA achievement award, the IPA Innovation award, interactive media awards and was a semi-finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year awards. Mark is CEO of the Futurelex group, of which ProcureLaw™ is a member.

Mary Heaney  - Director

Mary is one of the world's most experienced legal commentators, having founded and edited some of the leading legal titles, events and websites globally. As Editor of The Lawyer magazine, founding editor of the multi-award winning Legal Week and editor-in-chief of the award-winning European Lawyer magazine, she has been at the forefront of legal developments across the world. She was launch editor of the first legal awards, the first legal website and the first legal newsfeed in Europe. Her knowledge of lawyers and legal services is unsurpassed. A thought-leader in legal technology and how it can deliver legal services, she founded and edited Legal IT and created the Gleneagles Legal Forum. With corporate counsel in mind, she was also founding editor of Benchmarker and Legal Director, the Who's Who of In-house Counsel and the first Law Firm Fees Forum.

As Chair of the first Legal Awards for lawyers, she has been the Chairwoman of many legal awards judging panels. Mary is also editorial director of more than 20 international comparative legal books written by the world?s legal experts.

Mary was a director of GPM and is now a director of Futurelex. She heads the law firm selection panel for ProcureLaw™

Sivakanthan Elanganathapillai  - Chief Technology Officer

Siva has extensive experience in developing legal software applications, including case management systems, and has worked with leading City and international law firms for many years.

Siva brings huge technology insight to the business and is responsible for the development of the unique Procurelaw interface and the search engine behind the platform. As CTO he is also responsible for the evolution of procurelaw and all technological developments within the business including new product development. Prior to joining Procurelaw Siva also had extensive experience in the financial services marketplace and built the award winning Takelegaladvice.com technology platform. Siva chairs the Futurelex technology board.

Ben Martin  - Marketing & Customer Services Director

Ben has over 30 years business to business marketing, publishing and customer service operations experience with organizations such as United Business Media, the Daily Mail Group, Hodder Headline, Legal Week and more recently Incisive Media. Ben has worked in the legal industry for nearly a decade and is responsible for the marketing and customer service teams at Futurelex.

Maria Sunderland  - Strategic Partnerships Director

Having worked in senior roles within the european legal publishing sector at The Lawyer, Legal Week and European Lawyer, Maria has collaborated extensively with general counsel both in the UK and internationally, helping them run their legal departments, supplier relationships and manage their business working environments more effectively.

Maria has extensive experience in events, research and e-symposiums all aimed at the general counsel market. Notable events include The Lawyer Monte Carlo, Corporate Counsel Forum, Legal Week e-symposium.

Maria is currently working with ACC, AIJA and National General Counsel Associations to help develop best practice procurement solutions for the legal departments in major international companies.
